Commissioned by B-Craft boats, HB3D printed two ventilation grills (port- and starboard) for a 9.2m boat (a combination of a towboat and a luxury dayboat for relaxing).

Boat Ventilation Grill
The product exists of several different double curved surfaces with varying heights. A combination of printing and milling was used to obtain the right shape. The grill is printed in glass fiber reinforced PETg (MCPP). The printed parts served as inner moulds and therefore were covered with putty and sanded. HB3D delivered the half fabricates for glossy finishing by B-Craft.
